The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end communication. Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and create actionable digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams including performance, creative, design, and content to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare periodic performance reports with strategic insights. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts. Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates, transparency, and consistent results. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance goals. Contribute to process improvements and client servicing strategies within the agency.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 45 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency (agency experience is mandatory). Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, coordination, and relationship management abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Proficiency in reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and project management software.Compensation Salary: Up to INR 6 LPA, based on experience and interview performance.

Key decision making: Making important decisions related to customer queries, policy recommendations, and sales strategies.3. Sales Presentations: Creating and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of various insurance policies.4. Policy Analysis: Analyzing insurance policies, terms, and conditions to ensure customers have a clear understanding of what they are purchasing.5. Communication: Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and insurance providers to address queries, resolve issues, and provide updates.- Required skills and expectations:1. Must have a Master's degree in any field to demonstrate strong educational background and analytical skills.2. Experience of 2-6 years in the insurance industry with a focus on health insurance products.3. Proficiency in health insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and present information clearly.5. Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
