Account Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist GM in delivering the vision for the company in day-to-day operations

• Inspire the team to consistently improve performance

• Develop and empower a team to grow the business at all levels

• Put in place the key training and education infrastructure, processes, and systems to empower the team to grow

Specific Responsibilities:

• Managing client delivery and staff performance within the team.

• Create an environment - through setting high standards and providing a workplace that cares for the team – that good people want to join.

• Be responsible for the staff training and development within the team.

• Help develop staff performance review structures for the company in conjunction with GM and Australian management.

• Audit Lead for clients within team – liaising with auditors and managing workflow to ensure timely finalization

• Client Communication (Oral as well as Written)

• Client Reporting – Development and maintenance of client monthly financial and management reporting
