Key Responsibilities:

Assist GM in delivering the vision for the company in day-to-day operations

Inspire the team to consistently improve performance

Develop and empower a team to grow the business at all levels

Put in place the key training and education infrastructure, processes, and systems to empower the team to grow

Specific Responsibilities:

Managing client delivery and staff performance within the team.

Create an environment - through setting high standards and providing a workplace that cares for the team that good people want to join.

Be responsible for the staff training and development within the team.

Help develop staff performance review structures for the company in conjunction with GM and Australian management.

Audit Lead for clients within team liaising with auditors and managing workflow to ensure timely finalization

Client Communication (Oral as well as Written)

Client Reporting Development and maintenance of client monthly financial and management reporting
