Create an environment - through setting high standards and providing a workplace that cares for the team that good people want to join. Be responsible for the staff training and development within the team. Help develop staff performance review structures for the company in conjunction with GM and Australian management. Audit Lead for clients within team liaising with auditors and managing workflow to ensure timely finalization Client Communication (Oral as well as Written) Client Reporting Development and maintenance of client monthly financial and management reporting
