We are hiring an Account cum Branch Manager for office Management, keeping and interpreting financial records, Coordinate with all Site Engineers, Supervisors, Staff to archive the targets on Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis of our company. the candidate shall maintain account books and systems up to date with auditing and analyzing financial performance.

* ITR Filling

* GST Filling

* Book Keeping

* Day Book Maintain

* Salary Management

* Overall accounting Work need to company requirement

* Company billing to Coordinate with all Site Engineers.

* Responsibility to all our billing

* Front Office Management

* Company All site billing Management coordinate with site engineers

* Reporting on Daily, Hourly, and coordinate with all Engineers and schedule next day Plan, Weekly Plan, Monthly Plans and archive the Targets without fail.

* All Official work and assistance to Company Director's

* Daily Reporting without any fail

Requirements

· Proven work experience as an Account cum Office Manager or similar role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

. Proficiency in Email / WhatsApp & Communication.

· Hands-on experience with office equipment (. fax machines and printers)

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Customer service attitude

. if found any fault & wrong information company will take legal action

Degree; , additional certification in Office Management & other Certificates.
