Responsibilities:
1. Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls
2. Achieve monthly business targets.
3. Generate leads through existing and new networks
4. Develop relationships with prospective Parents and Students.
5. Arranging and conducting on line demos basis prospective Parents and Students
requirement
6. Make follow up calls to convert the lead for enrollment post demos.
7. Keep following with prospective Parents and Students until it gets converted to sale,
revenue for the Company.
8. Being single point of contact for initial three months for the converted leads to ensure
services are commenced smoothly and error free.
9. Maintain constant touch, contact both with new and existing Students & Parents.
10. After sales support.
11. Keep track of sales pipeline
12. Handling customer database (lead assigned per Executive) to ensure quality process flow.
13. Initiating the first call to close the lead so that every lead is utilized to the fullest.
14. Track metrics to ensure monthly targets are met.
15. Scanning the market/area in which you are located and generating business leads
