Compensation: Up to 05 LPA (Average 10-30% of hike could be provided on the current / previous Fixed Salary)

Role Description

We are currently looking for an Academic Advisor / Career Specialist for a full-time on-site role located in Kochi. The successful candidate will provide advice and support to students in the areas of academic achievement, career development, and personal/social development, to ensure that students have the skills and support they need to Succeed.

Requirements

Fresher, BCom, BBA, MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

Candidate must know english and malyaalam

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Experience in academic advising, career counseling, or human resources

Experience with career-related assessments and interpretation of results (., MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory)

Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and student information systems
