Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring experienced AC Technicians for a leading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have prior hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain split, ducted, and central air conditioning units

Troubleshoot and repair faulty HVAC systems (compressors, coils, motors, thermostats, etc.)

Perform routine maintenance to ensure energy efficiency and longevity of units

Conduct system performance tests and recommend improvements

Handle refrigerant charging and pressure testing

Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and UAE regulations

Maintain accurate service logs and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 24 years of AC Technician experience (Gulf experience preferred)

Ability to read technical diagrams and HVAC schematics

Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Understanding of safety protocols and HVAC best practices

ITI/Diploma in AC/Refrigeration (preferred but not mandatory)

Basic English or Hindi communication
