Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AC Technician with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Jidhafs. The technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Installation**: Set up new air conditioning units and ensure all components are correctly fitted and functioning.

2. **Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance checks on existing systems to enhance efficiency and prolong lifespan.

3. **Diagnosis**: Identify issues in malfunctioning AC units and troubleshoot problems effectively using diagnostic tools.

4. **Repair**: Repair or replace damaged parts to restore units to operational status promptly.

5. **Customer Service**: Communicate with clients about their AC systems, offering guidance and answering questions regarding maintenance and usage.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of air conditioning systems and components. Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and explaining technical problems in simple terms. Candidates should be physically fit, as the job may require lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments. A high school diploma (12th pass) is required, and a valid certification or training in AC technology is preferred. Candidates must be male and available for a full-time role working from the office.
