Job Description-Business AnalystWe are hiring a business analyst to join our team. Your main tasks will include performingdetailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptancetesting. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be ableto explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.Business Analyst Responsibilities:Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas forimprovement, and developing and implementing solutions.Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate andmodernize systems.Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Performing requirements analysis.Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members andmanagement.Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producinguseful reports.Working closely with clients, development team, and managerial staff.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Performing user acceptance testing.Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.Business Analyst Requirements:A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptablesolutions.Experience working in agile modelsBasic understanding of technology.Excellent documentation skills.Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Experience creating det

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languagesRemain up to date with the terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile appsDevelop technical interfaces, specifications, and architectureUse and adapt existing web applications for appsCreate and test software prototypesDevelop client displays and user interfacesAssist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirementsCoordinate with other software professionals and developersFamiliarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)5 years of development experience using C# .NETKnowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
