Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Role Location: HSR Layout BangaloreInternship Duration: 2 MonthsStipend : 23k-26k (13K-16K Fixed + 10K Performance Based)Post-Internship: INR 6-8 LPA (4 LPA to 6 LPA Fixed Pay + 2 LPA Variable Pay)The entire internship role will be for 6 days a week(Thursday would be an off). The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team. Upon successfully passing the internship program, you become eligible to be offered the role of BDE - Sales (at 6 LPA(4 fixed + 2 variable).
