---Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE Department: Admissions / Student ServicesEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: Remote / Work From Home (as applicable)Reporting To: Team Lead / Admissions ManagerJob SummaryThe Business Development Associate will be responsible for guiding prospective students on academic programs, admissions processes, and career pathways. The role involves counselling students and parents, converting inquiries into enrollments, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the admission lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects.Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally.Assess student profiles and recommend suitable academic programs.Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and enrollment.Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions data in CRM systems.Coordinate with internal teams (operations, academics, finance) to ensure smooth admissions.Achieve assigned enrollment and revenue targets.Resolve student and parent queries with clarity and empathy.Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical counselling standards.Required QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or academic sales is an advantage.Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.Work Schedule10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)Weekly off as per company policyCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary as per industry standards.Performance-based incentives.Professional growth and learning opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.---
