Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1 to 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration, Azure cloud management, and Hyper-V virtualization. Hands-on experience with Storage Spaces Direct (S2D) in a production environment. Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other Windows services. Strong understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, and Storage Accounts. Knowledge of PowerShell and BAT scripting for automation. Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and security protocols. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or Azure Solutions Architect. Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments [Azure & Hyper-V]. Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
