Required Skills:
Expertise in installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter, including virtual machine creation and management, resource allocation, and network configuration.
Experience in handling physical server and data center infrastructure, including server installation and maintenance, rack and stack, cabling.
Strong knowledge of security compliance, and implementing best practices to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
Closely work with business teams to understand the requirements and provide support as needed and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge using PowerShell and Power-CLI.
Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills.
Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Flexible to work evening/night hours and weekends long term if required.
Cross technologies like Linux is an added advantage.
