Maintenance Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Breakdown Resolution: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major mechanical failures and implement permanent engineering solutions to prevent recurrence. Utility Management: Oversee heavy utility equipment including high-pressure hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, cooling water towers, and industrial gas distribution networks.
