Maintenance Engineer (3-5 Years)

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to manage and improve our equipment and systems in Coimbatore, India. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of experience and be a male graduate who is ready to work in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. This includes troubleshooting and repairing any faults.

2. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.

3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacement parts used. This helps in tracking performance and planning future maintenance.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering and production teams to ensure all maintenance activities align with production schedules and quality standards.

5. Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance practices comply with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software is essential.
