Opening For Services Engineer

We are looking for a Services Engineer to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a male candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of Equipment: You will be responsible for installing various equipment at customer locations, ensuring everything is set up correctly and functioning properly.

- Maintenance and Repairs: You will conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment, addressing any issues that arise to minimize downtime for our customers.

- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone or in-person. You’ll help troubleshoot any problems and offer solutions.

- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of all services performed, including installation details, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions to ensure clarity and organization.

- Customer Training: Training customers on how to use the equipment properly and ensuring they understand all features and functions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong technical knowledge related to equipment and machinery. Problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions. Good communication skills are important for explaining technical concepts clearly to customers. You should be able to work independently and be a team player, collaborating effectively with colleagues. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate customer needs.
