Project ManagementOversee the end-to-end execution of projects from order receipt to dispatch.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer specifications and applicable standards.Lead cross-functional coordination between design, procurement, production, QA/QC, and logistics.Manage customer communications, technical clarifications, and change orders during the project lifecycleEstablish robust project monitoring systems (Gantt charts, milestone tracking, risk management, etc.).Costing & BudgetingLead detailed cost estimation and budgeting for RFQs and new orders.Analyze and control project budgets, margins, and variances.Maintain a costing database including material, labor, and overhead rates.Work closely with procurement and design teams for accurate BOM and cost forecasts.Conduct variance analysis post-project for continuous improvement.Technical OversightGuide the engineering team in understanding customer specifications and translating them into fabrication-ready drawings.Review P&IDs, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs for accuracy and optimization.Suggest value engineering solutions without compromising quality or safety.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the costing and project management teams.Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Identify skill gaps and ensure training for team development.Quality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to industry codes (e.g., ASME, API), client specifications, and internal quality standards.Monitor project documentation for audits and client approvals.Key Interfaces:Internal: Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Production, Finance, and Top ManagementExternal: Customers, Vendors, Third-Party Inspectors, Certification BodiesKey Skills & Competencies:Deep knowledge of auxiliary systems such as Lube Oil Systems, Dry Gas Seal Panels, Control Skids, Meetering skids, Strong project planning and execution capability& Expertise in costing
