We are guided by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Operations Manager to join the dynamic team.Job responsibilitiesResponsibility for supporting the organization with administrative tasks for onboarding, contracting, and talent management.Ensuring your business satisfies local and international employment laws.Keeping themselves informed about local employment legislation changes and updating the business accordingly.Implementing and executing the companys policies and procedures.Working to manage and improve HR Operations workflows that support the team and the broader organization.Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead.Ensuring the integrity of HR data.Participating in additional HR Ops-related projects.Job requirementsProficient in Mandarin language is a must (speaking, reading & writing)Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar roleGood knowledge of Employment and Labour lawHands-on experience with Human Resources Information SystemsExperience designing compensation and benefits packagesAbility to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policiesExcellent analytical and decision-making abilitiesTeam management skillsBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldWhat We Offer:Salary : Negotiable

Work Place: Philippines (on-site)Job responsibilities1. Web front-end function development and implementation;2. Participate in project demand analysis, product usability improvement and Web interface technology optimization;3. Responsible for the development of front-end interface and front-end components/class libraries,4. Research and explore innovative development ideas and cutting-edge front-end technologies, and apply them to teams and products.Job requirements1. With Bachelors degree in Computer-related majors or its equivalents;2. Minimum of 5 years work experience in Front-End Development;3. Familiar with H5 (well-designed mobile web app) (HTML 5)4. Practical understanding and practical experience of related knowledge such as performance optimization and accessibility;5. Familiar with JS programming, and master Vue.js, Nuxt.js, ES6, Typescript, and other front-end related development technologies or frameworks;6. Must have actual project experience;7. Participate in the design of the core system and the discussion and formulation of technical solutions;3. Familiar with Objective-C for App development and debugging; (architectural development using Objective C)4. Improve the usability of the software and enhance the user experience;5. The writing, maintenance of normative documents, and other work related to the project.Job requirements1. Have minimum 4 years of actual development experience on iOS platform2. Familiar with Objective-C, iOS architecture and common frameworks, familiar with the App launch process3. Familiar with IOS Sdk and MVC, MVP, MVVP framework mode, have good coding habits4. In-depth understanding and practice of IOS platform performance optimization, memory optimization and power optimization5. Experience and practice in React Native project is preferred6. Experience in H5 development or knowledge of front-end technologies such as html, css, and JavaScript is preferred7.
