Job Title: US Healthcare Calling ExecutiveJob Summary: The US Healthcare Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals in the United States to discuss healthcare options. This position requires working in the night shift and 5 days a week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, and be comfortable using a computer to input and retrieve data.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to individuals in the United States to discuss healthcare and medical options- Provide accurate and relevant information to customers- Input and retrieve customer data using computer systems- Meet performance metrics and targets- Follow up with customers as necessaryRequirements:- Excellent verbal communication skills- Strong customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable using a computer to input and retrieve data- Willingness to work in the night shift- High school diploma or equivalentIf you enjoy talking to people, have strong communication , then this is the job for you.
