He/She Will require working on:

Do End to End recruitment Activities.

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Soft Skills: -

Should communicate fluently in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

Good Command on Excel/Microsoft Office tools,

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal/social media/colleges etc.
