Ability to successfully manage the allocation of project resources necessitates both strong project resource management abilities and a solid technical foundation. Can match the conventional functionality in Odoo ERP with what the end user needs.Job location : Ahmedabad/Mumbai (work from office only)ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage thorough project plans.Organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings for the technical team in coordination with cross functional ERP experts.Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.Identify ERP project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.Can assist with 360-degree aspects of an ERP Project deployment including (but not limited to): Business Process Configuration, Documenting current and future process flows and business rule configuration, User interface configuration, External system integration (if required), User and supplier set-up, Training to and Building the Team.Manage conflicts, ensuring everyone involved is working together effectively towards successful Implementation.Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.Qualification & Skills:9+ years of experience.Proven decision-making ability and prioritization skills to balance conflicting demands across the project.Expert level functional knowledge of various Business concepts like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales -Purchase, Manufacturing Accounting.Strong Techno Functional Skills and minimum 4+ Years of Experience of working with at least one famous ERP system like SAP, Oracle ERP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or any other similar software systems.Successful ERP Implementation experience with at least 3 Full Lifecycle End to End Implementation in any other well known ERP Systems.Thorough understanding of Risk Management and its implications

Location : Remote/HybridResponsibility:Plan, configure, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Azure based Data solutions.Collaborate with other team members to develop and enhance deliverables.Continuously improve team processes to ensure information is of the highest quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.Seast of industry changes, especially barely in the areas of cloud data and analytics technologies.Ability to work on multiple areas like Data pipeline ETL, Data modelling & design, writing complex SQL queries etc.Capable of planning and executing on both short-term and long-term goals individually and with the team.Provides best practices, direction for data engineering and design across multiple projects and functional areas.Partner with Data Engineers, Data architects, domain experts, data analysts and other teams to build foundational data sets that are trusted, well understood, aligned with business strategy and enable self-serviceQualifications:3+ years of experience Developing, deploying data solutions using Power BI, Azure platform and pyspark.Experience on designing Data pipelines (ETL/ELT), Datawarehouse and Data martsHands-on expert with real-time data processing and analytics, data ingestion (batched and streamed), and data storage solutionsHands on Azure Analysis Services & Power BI and good to have experience on other toolsHands on experience with Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Data Explorer, Machine Learning, and Azure Synapse Analytics is good to have.Expert at creating data dissemination diagrams, data flow diagrams, data lifecycle diagrams, data migration diagrams, and data security diagrams etc.Demonstrated strength in data management, orchestration, access control, etcA proven expert in writing optimized SQL to deal with large data volumes.Hands on knowledge on Python along its main data libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Beautiful soup etc.
