Responsibilities- Call & educate students about various courses available in our School for learning Tattoo Art and guide them towards admissions- Inspecting students' aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.- Advise students about what courses they need for particular skills- Help them select the right courses for their needs- Informing students about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies to remedy these- Gather leads and student information and update in CRM- Participation in Team building activities and HR events- Lead Management - Lead Mining - Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within deadlines / scheduleRequirements- Minimum High School completed- Graduate preferred- 1+ Sales & Counselling Experience- Good Communication skills written and verbal. Strong listening skills- Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds- Thorough understanding of prospecting and negotiation techniques- Empathy, Compassionate, Patience & Ability to use Positive language- Ability to remain neutral when dealing with sensitive situations- Excellent tact, diplomacy and conflict resolution skill
