The key job responsibilities of this role are:1. Understand customer needs and requirement through design brief2. Design new packaging solutions3. Conceptualise product description and design of products using CAD/Solid Works4. Produce and test product prototypes5. Research new product ideas and methods6. Improve existing products7. Ensure compliance with the customer's packaging standards8. Maintain accurate records9. Ensure products are user-friendly and meet customer requirements10. Write detailed value proposals and presentations11. Find creative design solutions to problems12. Work together with sales and production team to establish feasible designs13. Do costing as per company format and client requirement
