Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.Work on strategic global hiring programs.Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.Procure people for different IT Requirements.Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.Desired Candidate ProfileMust have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentTo understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.

Looking for experienced Inside sales associates who can handle prospect/lead calls and explain about our construction projects(Gated community apartments) convince customers and make them visit our project sites and follow-up to close the sale.Responsibilities/Skill sets--------------1. Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company. Must be comfortable working in EST and PST shifts. Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders. Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN. Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp). Strong understanding of technical requirements. Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.Mandatory SkillsProficient to work with Visa holders, EAD, GC and US CitizensExposure on various tax terms like W2, Corp to Corp and 1099Note: Selected resources will be under a probation period for 3-6 months
