Looking for experienced Inside sales associates who can handle prospect/lead calls and explain about our construction projects(Gated community apartments) convince customers and make them visit our project sites and follow-up to close the sale.

Responsibilities/Skill sets

1. Strong tele calling skills over a phone call

2. Explaining in detail about company projects

3. Convincing the customers over phone calls with all the project details

4. Follow-up with leads, customers to make them visit our project sites

5. Follow-up with customers post site visit for sale closing

6. Handling all queries of customers and following up with customers to convince them for closing sales

7. Previous real estate selling skills/previous product selling skills

8. String desire for sales

9. Passion for closing deals

10. Good communication in Telugu(Mandatory)/English and Hindi
