JDSummary: Candidate should be well versed with latest Windows 11 OperatingSystem. Candidate should have knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities: Install and configure software and hardware.Manage network and technology tools.Set up accounts and workstations.Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.Troubleshoot issues and outages.Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.Upgrade systems with new releases and models.Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.Build an internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.Managing inventory of IT hardware and look after repairs and maintenance.Look after general office maintenance and vendor management. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and workstation management.Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
