Job Description: Build and manage a portfolio of partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones. Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis. Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives. Support new and existing clients via email, phone or chat Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures. Generate ideas to increase lead generation and conversion. Travel to conferences or business meetings as required. Practical knowledge of or interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets. What will you do day-to-day? - Generate budget v/s actual variance analysis across businesses and clearly communicate trends, patterns, exceptions and areas of improvement.-Manage the P&L for the month and call out for exceptions during the month, timely to meet the planned numbers for the month. - Manage and execute Operating Working Capital analysis (ageing of receivables, overdue receivables & inventory, non current stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.- Driving the State/Brand-wise Profitability and Investment Analysis and Reporting on a monthly basis. - Partner with business in providing financial insights towards key business projects - Implement and work with a business intelligence tools and dashboard reports - Drive monthly review with Finance Leadership team. - Responsible for driving the Annual Plans, Rolling Forecast and Latest Estimate for the business as per the corporate timeliness.
