what will you do day-to-day?

- day to day accounting transactions in tally-erp 9

- ensuring correct billing/invoicing to customers

- conducting customers reconciliations in the markets and resolving the disputes in case of gaps

- ensuring accuracy with respect to posting of expense to general ledger & accurate cost center

- manage and execute operating working capital analysis (ageing of receivables, overdue receivables & inventory, noncurrent stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

- manage the p&l for the month and call out for exceptions during the month timely to meet the planned numbers for the month

- driving the state/brand-wise profitability and investment analysis and reporting on a monthly basis to the corporate finance team

what are we looking for?

● education: either //cma

● experience: 3 to 8 years

● preferably from alcohol or fmcg industry

● should have hands-on experience in inventory management

● knowledge of various returns, bill preparation and entry of purchase bills in tally.

● must be excellent at crunching numbers & able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers terms

● excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, mis reporting to senior management

● must have good oral and in writing communication skills
