Opening For State Accountant

What will you do day-to-day?

- Day to day Accounting transactions in Tally-ERP 9

- Ensuring Correct Billing/Invoicing to customers

- Conducting Customers Reconciliations in the markets and resolving the disputes in case of gaps

- Ensuring accuracy with respect to posting of expense to general ledger & accurate cost center

- Manage and execute Operating Working Capital analysis (ageing of receivables, overdue receivables & inventory, noncurrent stock, clearance, accounts payable) by actively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

- Manage the P&L for the month and call out for exceptions during the month timely to meet the planned numbers for the month

- Driving the State/Brand-wise Profitability and Investment Analysis and Reporting on a monthly basis to the corporate finance team

What are we looking for?

● Education: Either //CMA

● Experience: 3 to 8 years

● Preferably from Alcohol or FMCG industry

● Should have hands-on experience in Inventory management

● Knowledge of various returns, bill preparation and entry of purchase bills in Tally.

● Must be excellent at crunching numbers & able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers terms

● Excellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting to senior management

● Must have good oral and in writing communication skills
