As the role we are hiring for is an engineering

manager, I believe it is crucial for the

individual to be hands-on. This hands-on

capability is essential for guiding the team,

conducting effective code and design reviews,

participating in and driving technology

discussions, and overseeing aspects like test

case reviews. I believe that a candidate with

stronger technical capabilities in IOS

development and data structures would be a

better fit for the responsibilities associated

with this position.

Proficiency, particularly in IOS development

and data structures are important. Previous

candidates struggled to call REST endpoint

and rendering the JSON payload on an iOS

mobile application.
