Job Description:
— Build and manage a portfolio of partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones.
— Develop a deep understanding of the industry, the respective market, and competitive analysis.
— Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives.
— Support new and existing clients via email, phone or chat
— Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures.
— Generate ideas to increase lead generation and conversion.
— Identify business opportunities, potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate in order to create profitable accounts through identifying needs within the FX industry.
— Travel to conferences or business meetings as required.
— Assist with the onboarding of clients, IBs & other partners and proactively address their queries and/or concerns through various communication channels.
Qualifications :
— 2-3 years previous experience in account management/business development or sales within the Forex/Capital Markets or CFD space is required.
— Practical knowledge of or interest in foreign exchange, derivatives trading, investing, or the financial markets.
— Ability to identify, open and continually drive new initiatives/ markets that will grow the brand and will be revenue accretive.
— A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
— Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI);
— Strong business acumen, project management abilities, and negotiation skills.
— Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
— Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business.
— Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;
