JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Summary(Primary purpose & general description of the role) : The trainee will learn the entire eDiscovery processing workflow on global tools; get familiar with the input/ output of the processing workflow; deliverables.Principle Duties & Responsibilities: - Work as back-up technician to support live jobs in absence of the Live techs.- Execute projects specific tasks in eDiscovery processing software.- Create and prepare load files along with other deliverables as necessary for hosting the data onto other platforms.- Maintain a high sense of urgency while working on multiple projects; escalating items to the client services team if there are going to be delays in timing.- Work on job requests in order of priority pulling from a queue, as well as by assignment.- Perform quality control checks on self and others work to ensure quality ratings remain low.- Follow and maintain utilization tracking for hours.- Respond to internal requests via email during designated times.- Follow escalation procedures when needed.- Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications / Work Experience /Skills Qualification/ Skills- Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science).- Strong knowledge of MS office & related applications.- Good communication skills written and verbal.- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.- Willing to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and resourcefulness.- SQL background is a plus.
