Job Role You will be responsible for building a team of advisors These advisors will be responsible for selling life insurance in their networks Advisors are people from your network that can sell life insurance, they are required toclear the IRDAI exam You will act as mentors for these advisors and manage their day-to-day operations You will be responsible for consistent sales output by utilizing your management &monitoring capabilitiesGraduates and above (Candidates with 12th plus a valid 3-year diploma will also beconsidered) Experience: Must have at least 2 years of field sales experience (any field salesexperience) Relevant Industries: Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles,Real Estate etc
