Insurance Advisor

Job Role

● You will be responsible for building a team of advisors

● These advisors will be responsible for selling life insurance in their networks

● Advisors are people from your network that can sell life insurance, they are required to

clear the IRDAI exam

● You will act as mentors for these advisors and manage their day-to-day operations

● You will be responsible for consistent sales output by utilizing your management &

monitoring capabilities

Graduates and above (Candidates with 12th plus a valid 3-year diploma will also be

considered)

● Experience: Must have at least 2 years of field sales experience (any field sales

experience)

● Relevant Industries: Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles,

Real Estate etc
