We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Raipur. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for design and a strong eye for detail. You will work collaboratively with our team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Creation:** Develop original graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, social media posts, and websites, ensuring that the designs align with brand guidelines.- **Project Collaboration:** Work closely with team members, including marketers and content creators, to ensure that graphic designs meet project objectives and timelines.- **Feedback Implementation:** Revise graphics based on feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and optimize them for the target audience.- **Trend Research:** Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team and ensure our designs remain fresh and competitive.- **File Management:** Organize and manage design files effectively, ensuring easy access for the team and maintaining a streamlined workflow.To excel in this position, candidates should have a Higher Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field and 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are expected. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities will also be crucial for success in this role.
