Job Description:
• Dashboard review of the team on regular basis. ( Production, sales and marketing, purchase, IT, Operations, Logistics, HR, Front desk and Housekeeping)
• Improving efficiency of system
• Implement new process/ideas for better productivity.
• Cost Optimization
• Plant visit (weekly)
Qualifications:
• Engineering and MBA preferred from tier 1 college
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
• Minimum Experience - 3 to 5 Years
Preference / Skills:
• Experience of working in manufacturing industry
• Well versed with MS office and internet.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of operation management processes
• Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
• Self- motivated and proactive.
• Good self-learning ability with leadership qualities.
