Were looking for a Research Associate who can partner with Recruiters and account managers to develop strategies to find candidates for the requirements. You will be working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.
The person shall be responsible for providing Sourcing support by identifying prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.
