Department: Production MouldingReporting To: Production Manager / Operations HeadKey Responsibilities: Supervise moulding operations during assigned shift (day/night). Ensure production targets, cycle time, and quality standards are met. Monitor machine parameters, mould condition, and material usage. Coordinate with toolroom, quality, and maintenance teams. Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and discipline. Reduce rejection, breakdowns, and downtime. Ensure safety, housekeeping (5S), and SOP compliance. Maintain daily production, rejection, and downtime reports.Skills & Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Engineering preferred. 36 years experience in plastic injection moulding. Knowledge of moulding machines, raw materials, and troubleshooting. Willing to work in rotational shifts.
