Job location: upcountry branches- TanzaniaBranch accounting, Cash reconciliation, Branch Stock taking, Auditing, Taxation, Warehouse Management and other related activities in accounts

Recruitment, sourcing candidate, arranging interviews, feedback follow up, reference checking, offer finalization. On boarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training. Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation. Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members. Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc Processing expenses reimbursements of sales team, employees conveyance & other expenses, HR vender payments etc. Employee engagement activities , festival celebrations etc Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Accounting Taxation Auditing Mis Reports Day to day Accounting Trial balance sheet Take care of requirement of reports on timely basis and Co-ordination with team Regular Accounting Knowledge for the entries Purchase, sales, Payments, receivables, Journal voucher Debit notes and Credit notes. And other Accounts related work. Location: Ahmedabad (Lambha)

Person should have experience of auditing i.e. statutory audit, internal audit, external audit, bank audit etcQualified by CA is must

1. Handle sales leads.2. Follow-up Customers, Presenting the Project Specifications, and addressing their queries.3. Interact with clients to determine business requirements4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically5. Maintain good relationships with customers and promote product uniqueness.6. Explaing commercial & residential properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes & preferably with experience in the retail sales sector

Reporting to Director,* Coordinating & Managing with departments as per requirements. Getting the corporate profile updated from time to time. Managing companys common email address & ensuring the communication of emails to concerned persons. Sending receipt acknowledgements & reminders on instruction of executive from common email address: Preparing & maintaining the minutes of meetings. Preparation of email drafts for various day to day matters like corporate introduction, demanding outstanding dues etc. Scheduling meetings with executive or outside member & ensuring that no meetings with carried out without specific agenda. Preparing or formatting or summarizing of reports. Making Travel arrangements for Executive, Member/client

The position will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment - including screening to the selection process.
