Key Responsibilities: Design of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical) in compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, IPC, NEC, IEC) Support sustainable, energy-efficient building designs Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts Prepare installation details, technical specifications, and BOQs Lead and manage MEP design teams and ensure coordination between disciplines Collaborate with Dubai and Mumbai design teams for project integration Supervise, mentor, and manage team performance Conduct QA/QC checks on design deliverables before final submission What Were Looking For: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 4+ years (Coordinator) / 8+ years (Head) of relevant MEP design experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and electrical/mechanical design tools Strong communication, team management, and project coordination skills Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
