👥 should be able to coordinate and guide a team of 20 - 25 engineers/designers

🔧 key responsibilities:

� design of mep systems (hvac, plumbing, fire protection & electrical) in compliance with international standards (ashrae, cibse, ipc, nec, iec)

� support sustainable, energy-efficient building designs

� perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts

� prepare installation details, technical specifications, and boqs

� lead and manage mep design teams and ensure coordination between disciplines

� collaborate with dubai and mumbai design teams for project integration

� supervise, mentor, and manage team performance

� conduct qa/qc checks on design deliverables before final submission

📊 what we��re looking for:

� bachelor��s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

� 4+ years (coordinator) / 8+ years (head) of relevant mep design experience

� proficiency in autocad, revit (bim), and electrical/mechanical design tools

� strong communication, team management, and project coordination skills

� proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
