👥 Must be capable of leading and managing a team of 20 25 engineers/designers

2️- Technical Coordinator - Mechanical / Electrical

📌 Experience: 4 - 6 years

💰 CTC: -5 - -6 LPA

👥 Should be able to coordinate and guide a team of 20 - 25 engineers/designers

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

� Design of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical) in compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, IPC, NEC, IEC)

� Support sustainable, energy-efficient building designs

� Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts

� Prepare installation details, technical specifications, and BOQs

� Lead and manage MEP design teams and ensure coordination between disciplines

� Collaborate with Dubai and Mumbai design teams for project integration

� Supervise, mentor, and manage team performance

� Conduct QA/QC checks on design deliverables before final submission

📊 What We-re Looking For:

� Bachelor-s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

� 4+ years (Coordinator) / 8+ years (Head) of relevant MEP design experience

� Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and electrical/mechanical design tools

� Strong communication, team management, and project coordination skills

� Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
