Technical Head

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical) in compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, IPC, NEC, IEC)

• Support sustainable, energy-efficient building designs

• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts

• Prepare installation details, technical specifications, and BOQs

• Lead and manage MEP design teams and ensure coordination between disciplines

• Collaborate with Dubai and Mumbai design teams for project integration

• Supervise, mentor, and manage team performance

• Conduct QA/QC checks on design deliverables before final submission

📊 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 4+ years (Coordinator) / 8+ years (Head) of relevant MEP design experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and electrical/mechanical design tools

• Strong communication, team management, and project coordination skills

• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
