Job Description

🔧 key responsibilities:

• design of mep systems (hvac, plumbing, fire protection & electrical) in compliance with international standards (ashrae, cibse, ipc, nec, iec)

• support sustainable, energy-efficient building designs

• perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts

• prepare installation details, technical specifications, and boqs

• lead and manage mep design teams and ensure coordination between disciplines

• collaborate with dubai and mumbai design teams for project integration

• supervise, mentor, and manage team performance

• conduct qa/qc checks on design deliverables before final submission

📊 what we’re looking for:

• bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

• 4+ years (coordinator) / 8+ years (head) of relevant mep design experience

• proficiency in autocad, revit (bim), and electrical/mechanical design tools

• strong communication, team management, and project coordination skills

• proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
