Essential Requirements 10+ years of professional technical recruiting experience with a bachelorsdegree, orequivalent experience + MBA (HR) Should have led 2-3 member teams for at least 1-3 years. Ability to handle a variety of position types/business groups/geographieseffectively and independently. Proven background in hiring for highly technical roles. Strong background in sourcing passive technical talent utilizing LinkedIn, jobboards, and other networking tools.
