Align your teaching with the curriculum design provided by the CoE (Centre of Excellence) while incorporating creative teaching methods. Track and report students progress, ensuring continuous improvement in knowledge, skills, and understanding. Prepare students for internal and external assessments, competitions, and examinations.Student Development: Provide personalized guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and excel in your subject. Participate in interdisciplinary projects and Beyond Academics programs, fostering holistic education. Identify students needing additional support and work collaboratively with Grade Teachers, special educators, and parents to ensure their progress. Facilitate enrichment opportunities, such as subject-related clubs, workshops, and events, to extend learning beyond the classroom.Assessment and Feedback: Develop and administer varied assessmentsprojects, tests, quizzesthat evaluate and enhance student learning. Maintain accurate records of student assessments and share timely feedback with students, Grade Teachers, and parents. Participate in benchmarking processes, providing timely guidance to help students achieve and exceed their goals.
