Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.Create mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce floor plans and 3D renderings.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project execution.Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and dcor items.Oversee project timelines and budgets from concept to completion.Ensure designs comply with health and safety regulations and building codes.Stay current with industry trends and new materials/products.
Safely operate a tempo van or light commercial vehicle for deliveries and pickups.Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete deliveries on time.Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and related documentation accurately.Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues.Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.Communicate with dispatch or supervisor regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
