Lead Process Engineer, SpecialistExp: 8.1 to 16 Yrs.Work location: Bangalore, IndiaQualification: Relevant Engineering disciplineJob role:Senior Process Engineer who is a highly motivate to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate must have experience in executing projects for the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries with the highest level of quality, cost effectiveness, and time executionKey Objectives & Responsibilities of the role- Bachelor in chemical engineering.- 10-15 years of experience in pre- FEED, FEED and Detail Engineering.- Strong knowledge of chemical/process engineering calculations and chemical/process computer commercialprograms such as Aspen Hysys- Strong knowledge of chemical/process engineering calculations and chemical/process computer commercialprograms such as Aspen Hysys- Commitment and proactivity.Main general responsibilities:- Prepare PFDs, MSDs, DPDTs and P&IDs / line list.- Development and supervision of hydraulic calculations, PSV, heat and material balance, utilities summaries and calculations- Equipment datasheets - like reactors, vessels, tanks, columns, heat exchangers, pump, compressor, filters, mixers, agitators, packages, etc.- Development and supervision of flare calculations flare load summaries.- Environmental loads and treatment- Noise Protection requirements- Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)- Basic Process Control System.- Development and supervision of process studies, simulations, and data gathering and consolation.- Development and supervision of process studies, simulations, and data gathering and consolation.- Prepare the respective reports and documentation- Support other disciplines.- Hydraulic calculations- Aspen Hysys and/or Unisim- Aspen Flare System- PipeSim or similar software
