Roles & Responsibilities:Franchisee acquisition: First point of Contact for the Potential Franchisees Work as an interface between the brand and investors to increase closure probability and leading to signing of agreement. Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile. Visit proposed franchise locations and meet with prospective franchisees to discuss minimum and non-negotiable operating standards for their compliance Identify Regions / Territories with scope for opening new centers. Handling Brand and Investor portfolio Maintain loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures. Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs. Finalize Corporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective clients/brandsCoordination for New Branch Set-Up: Overseeing Layouts, Teams, Launching process till inauguration for the new branch setup. Assisting for any requirement for New Branch Set-ups. Assisting Branch Team Hiring. Ensure Proper marketing Activities and Pre-Launch Campaigns for New Branch set-up.Franchise legal responsibilities: Ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.

The person will be responsible for overall operations and sales of the IELTS branch.- Deliver exceptional customer services.- Apart from this the candidate should be able to achieve the branch targets/revenue.- Candidate should be multitasking and should possess excellent time management skills.- Should be able to handle team.- - Responsible for study visa and ielts sales- Should be able to manage academics of branch.

Roles and Responsibilities:Would be responsible for processing of Student Admissions / Application cases for Australia, UK, Canada, USAResponsible for documentation process of the students file.Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, while preparing and checking all legal documents.Candidate should be able to prepare and file all the supporting documents required for obtaining study permits towards Australia, UK, Canada etc.Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the Immigration Authorities/Institutes.Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papersTo make the effective and error-free reports.Must aware about the current rules & regulations of Student & Tourist Visas for Australia, UK, etc.Will be the process owner for assigned clients (students) and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the student Visa application process
