roles & responsibilities:
franchisee acquisition:
• first point of contact for the potential franchisees
• work as an interface between the brand and investors to increase closure probability and leading to signing of agreement.
• screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile.
• visit proposed franchise locations and meet with prospective franchisees to discuss minimum and non-negotiable operating standards for their compliance
• identify regions / territories with scope for opening new centers.
• handling brand and investor portfolio
• maintain loop between brand and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.
• handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs.
• finalize corporate alliances for franchise expansion with prospective clients/brands
coordination for new branch set-up:
• overseeing layouts, teams, launching process till inauguration for the new branch setup.
• assisting for any requirement for new branch set-ups.
• assisting branch team hiring.
• ensure proper marketing activities and pre-launch campaigns for new branch set-up.
franchise legal responsibilities:
• ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
