Currently we have openings in our all processesOlx Autos, Indusind Credit Card and Insurance Dekho , Cardekho For all above process Interview, selection & on-boarding is same- 2 Round of Interview- One with HR- Second With Process Manager- Once agents clear the mock calls and assessment post training will be sent on floor.- Skillset & asset requirements Experience - Any Fresher & Graduate- Age - 18+- Education - 10+2 Minimum- Language - Hindi & Basic English- Technical - Basic Computer Knowledge Candidate Payout -- Fresher - Rs.10000 in hand- Experience - Rs.12000 - Rs.15000 in hand Onroll or off role hiring -- Onroll Hiring ( Labs4You) Documents required for joining or interview process- Copy of Aadhar Card- Copy of Last Educational Certificate- 2 Photo- One of the following Last Company Experience Letter / Appointment Letter/ IDCard/Salary Slip/Account Statement reflecting Salary credit. Full-timers or Part-timers - Full Time Feedback Process - Two Level of warning given if agent does not perform . On thethird instance the agent will be asked to leave. Languages - Fluent Hindi and Basic Understanding of English Job Description- Agent has to generate 4-5quality leads every day, No Other Target- Dialer and Data will be provided by the company(Labs4you).- Shift Time 8:00 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
