Masters or MBA will be an addedadvantage.Primary Responsibilities:The Program Manager Lead will support Lams Global Supply Chain Management organization tomanage and implement supplier development and resilience programs. This person is responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategic plans to establish and strengthen a resilient supplier networkthat is aligned with the organization's overall business goals. The position will serve as a center ofexcellence for supplier risk analysis, performance monitoring and the development of relationships withinternal and external stakeholders. This role will lead in supplier identification, intelligence gatheringand collection of supplier data through surveys. Manage key areas within the Lam Supply Chain organization that focus on supply chain risk andperformance management. Meet with suppliers to collect, validate, and maintain confidential data in LAM systemsassociated with supply disruptions. Prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Trackproject schedule and maintain matrix for process improvements. Collaborate cross functionally with commodity teams, analytics, and external teams. Data analysis - Prepare reports, tracking charts, and analytics using MS Excel and Power BI.
