Oversee day-to-day operations within the academic department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established protocols. Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency. Work on improving daily processes by monitoring processes on the ground Ensuring the faculty is delivering the content as per MU standards
